Shares in Whyte & Mackay's Indian owner United Spirits have fallen 3.6% following a court order annulling its sale to drinks giant Diageo, even though the latter has said it would appeal.
Karnataka High Court was responding to a petition by creditors of United Breweries, which sold its stake in United Spirits.
