The business will continue to operate with a reduced workforce of 97.
The company, one of the country's largest distributors of alcoholic and soft drinks, has its headquarters in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Waverley employed 16 people in Glasgow, where it has a depot in Port Dundas Business Park. Administrator Deloitte was last night unable to confirm how many of the Glasgow employees had been made redundant.
