The French company said it would have a "primary" focus on takeovers in the UK market.
Earlier this year it purchased Scottish firm HEROtsc and now employs 3000 people across centres in Larbert, Greenock, Kilmarnock, Dunoon, Rothesay and Glasgow. Webhelp said its UK division employed 6000 staff and worked for brands including Sky and Vodafone.
Revenue in the 12 months to March 31 in the UK had grown by 36% to £111m.
The acquisition plan comes after Webhelp refinanced £275m of funding facilities led by its private equity backers Charterhouse Capital Partners.
