Wife of Wood Group chief executive sells £2.1m stock

THE wife of Wood Group chief executive Allister Langlands has sold more than £2.1 million worth of shares.

Helen Langlands offloaded 250,000 shares at £8.41 each. She still holds 434,323 ordinary shares while her husband retains his 458,199 holding.

Elsewhere in the oil and gas sector, engineering company Fabricom Offshore Services has won a contract worth more than £1 million to extend the life of the Thistle Alpha platform.
