WOLFSON is increasing its base executive salaries by 3% in 2013 in line with rises across the rest of the workforce.
The semiconductor company's 2012 annual report shows chief executive Mike Hickey received a salary of £276,000 plus a £107,000 cash bonus, £181,000 under a long-term incentive plan (LTIP), £13,000 of other benefits and an £11,000 pension contribution.
