Edinburgh-based Wood Mackenzie grew earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation to £86.5 million in 2012, from £70.9m in 2011. Revenues increased by 21% to £190.8m, from £158.3m.
The average salary paid to employees increased to £78,970 in 2012 from £78,200 in 2011.
Around 340 staff members are believed to have shared windfalls averaging £250,000 when US private equity firm Hellman & Friedman bought a controlling stake in the business last year for £1bn from Charterhouse.
