Wood wins Colombia deal

WOOD Group has won a contract to provide operations and maintenance services on four production facilities in Colombia for Chevron worth $17.5 million (£11.6m).

The Aberdeen-based oil and gas services firm said the contract term is three years, with an additional three-year option to extend. The platforms concerned handle output from the Chuchupa natural gas fields located in the Caribbean off the Latin American country, and the Riohacha and Ballenas onshore developments in the province of La Guajira.
