Quartermile 4, one of Edinburgh’s most prestigious new office developments, has reported that it is fully let four months before completion after the remaining 70,033 square feet in the building were let to US audio-chip developer Cirrus Logic.
Texas-based Cirrus will relocate from existing Edinburgh premises to occupy four floors of Quartermile 4, to the south of the city centre.
It is being built as a result of an £80m funding deal with M&G Real Estate in June 2014 to speculatively develop the remaining two office buildings at the development. Construction work on Quartermile 4 is due to be completed in the spring.
