COREX CEO Steve Anthony
OIL and gas analytics business Corex has been acquired by Houston-based Premier Oilfield Laboratories for an undisclosed sum. Aberdeen-based Corex was founded in the 1970s and is led by Steve Anthony, who said the deal would allow it establish a presence in the US. In 2015, Corex, which has European and Middle East bases, turned over £5m, with £140,000 profit.
