Motherwell double up in SPL awards as Jim Gannon and Lukas Jutkiewicz win prizes
Motherwell manager Jim Gannon and striker Lukas Jutkiewicz were today named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Manager and Young Player of the Month for October, respectively.
The fourth-placed Steelmen were unbeaten in the SPL last month, taking eight points in total and holding leaders Celtic to a goalless draw at Parkhead.
On-loan Everton forward Jutkiewicz, 20, scored three times in four games, including a brace in the 3-3 draw at St Mirren.
