Kazakhstan oil boom gives Scots company a big boost

QEDI, one of Scotland’s fastest-growing oil and gas services companies, said it anticipates hitting the £40m turnover mark over the next 12 months on the back of booming business in Kazakhstan.

The Aberdeen-based company specialises in providing technology and services for onshore and offshore completions and commissioning to the oil and gas industry. It first established its presence in Kazakhstan in 2004.
