Scottish call centre group strikes it lucky with Vodafone contract
Herotsc, the call centre group which has its headquarters in Larbert, has revealed it has struck a major partnership deal with Vodafone that will see it look after the mobile phone giant’s most important customers and take over the ownership and running of the group’s contact centre in Warrington.
