Tenon set to spend £76m on buying RSM Bentley Jennison

Tenon is set to continue the consolidation process in the accountancy profession by acquiring smaller mid-tier rival RSM Bentley Jennison for up to £76.3m.

AIM-listed Tenon said it had agreed the terms of a deal that will allow it to increase its scale and coverage of geographic and specialist markets.
