Around £70m worth of sub-contracts related to the construction of the National Indoor Sports Arena (NISA) and the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow will be up for grabs by February next year, The Herald can reveal – with the majority of them set to be advertised by the end of this month.
