'Cooperate for oil deals'

MICHAEL Fallon, the Coalition Energy Minister, has encouraged companies from the UK and Norway to cooperate to win big oil and gas projects that are being lost to the Far East.

He said: "When new opportunities for exploration and development are emerging, it is crucial that we work together with Norway to ensure that we secure contracts in the North Sea."
