THE developer of Glasgow's latest grade A office building, the first to be completed in the city centre for five years, says it is close to announcing more tenants.
Weir Group, Arup, media company Global and restaurant operator Giraffe have already signed up at 1 West Regent Street.
Nick Berry, from joint developer Clearbell, said: "We are in discussions with a number of occupiers regarding both office and retail space and expect to secure more lettings shortly."
