Graham’s spreads its butter options

GRAHAM'S Dairy yesterday opened Scotland's first spreadable butter plant in a move to expand and diversify in the hugely competitive UK dairy sector.

The £1.2 million investment at Graham’s headquarters at Airthrey Kerse Farm, at Bridge of Allan, Stirlingshire, is expected to see the new spreadable product on the shelves of smaller grocery stores and delicatessens by early next month and in supermarkets by September.
