Ahead of a conference on innovation to be held in Edinburgh today organised by Nesta (National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts), the foundation highlighted five measures it claimed could kick start innovation-led growth.
NESTA, the foundation created to foster innovation, said the Scottish Government could provide a £12 billion boost to the country's economy annually at no cost to the taxpayer by introducing reforms to encourage investment in science and technology.
