Scots not qualified to fill new green jobs, says expert

Tom Hopkinson, managing director of Taylor Hopkinson, was responding to the document Towards A Low Carbon Economy, released by the Scottish Government last week. The report states that 500 jobs will be created a month until 2020 by the green energy sector.
