Scottish small businesses plan investment cuts

SMALL businesses in Scotland have cut their overall capital investment plans significantly, it has emerged.

Analysis published yesterday by the Federation of Small Businesses showed that, subtracting the proportion of small firms in Scotland expecting to raise capital investment in the next 12 months from that projecting a fall, a net 4.8% predicted a drop.
