WEIR Group chief executive Keith Cochrane has joined the board at support services business Carillion.
Mr Cochrane becomes a non-executive director and will replace Steve Mogford as senior independent director from September.
Carillion chairman Philip Green said, "We are delighted that Keith Cochrane has joined the Board.
"His considerable experience as a business leader will enable him to make a valuable contribution to the future development of Carillion."
