Standard Life announces board changes
Standard Life has promoted two long serving senior staff to its board.
Paul Matthews, the UK and Europe chief executive, and director of the global client group Colin Clark take up their posts from November 1.
Mr Matthews has been with the insurer and fund manager since 1989 and served in a variety of senior roles.
Mr Clark joined the board of Standard Life Investments in 2004 as a non-executive director then took on executive duties for global client relationship activity in 2010.
Chairman Sir Gerry Grimstone said the pair have “exceptional pension, investment and client management experience”.
