BROADCASTER STV said Genevieve Shore had resigned from its board yesterday, having been a non-executive director for four years.
It said: “Genevieve joined STV in March 2012 and the board would like to thank her for her valuable contribution to the company and wishes her every success for the future.”
STV also announced that, following the resignation, Anne Marie Cannon had been appointed chairman of its remuneration committee in Ms Shore’s place. Ms Cannon joined STV’s board in November 2014.
