Entries have opened for the fourth s1 recruitment awards which celebrate the people and companies that are driving the Scottish recruitment industry.
Awards on the night will go to the top campaigns, consultancies and initiatives that are setting trends and leading by example.
Hosted by comedian Craig Hill, the event will take place at The Crowne Plaza, Glasgow, on April 2, and there are 20 categories (see below), the first four voted by the s1 users. Entries are now open at www.s1jobs.com/awards which has a list of categories and criteria and details on how to enter online.
Last year's winners included Titan Global which picked up the award for Best Small Recruitment Consultancy, and City of Edinburgh Council, which won the accolade for Best Employer Training & Development. Full details on previous winners and new categories for 2015 can also be found online.
This year's sponsors include The Firm, for the Best In-House Recruitment award (over 1000 employees), Route 2 Recruitment, which will be rewarding the Best Recruitment Consultant, and Doosan which sponsors this year's Apprenticeship Award.
Emma Mirrington of The Firm commented: "The role of an in-house recruiter can be challenging and time-intensive and we feel it is important for teams to take some time out to review progress and celebrate success with each other. The s1Awards provide the ideal opportunity to do this."
Martin Kay of Route 2 Recruitment said: "It's a fantastic event and a real celebration of the talent in the industry, and some of those we're proud to represent as our clients or candidates, sometimes both."

Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
