FCA appoints Kelly to role

THE Financial Conduct Authority has appointed a former Goldman Sachs and UBS managing director as an adviser.

James Kelly, who trained at NatWest, will take up the part-time post in the supervision arm of the wholesale banking and investment management division at the regulatory body immediately.
