Global Energy boss lands director of the year award

GLOBAL Energy Group chairman and Ross County Football Club owner Roy MacGregor was a winner at the Institute of Directors Scottish awards.

Mr MacGregor was named director of the year at a business with more than £30 million turnover for his role at Inverness-based Global Energy.

Dick Philbrick from East Kilbride robotics firm Clansman Dynamics took the prize for a business with less than £30m turnover.
