Mr Bowie, manager of the Ignis Corporate Bond fund, stayed ahead of Baillie Gifford's fixed income experts Robert Baltzer and Stephen Rodger, who swapped places to sit in second and third respectively as the trio preserved their monopoly on the top end of the table.
