Kitchener joins board at RMEC

OIL services business RMEC has appointed Tony Kitchener as its non-executive chairman.

The Forfar company, bought out by management in a £14 million deal backed by Maven in April this year, has also hired industry veteran Andy Paterson as their financial controller.

Mr Kitchener has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including spells at Expro Group and Baker Hughes.

RMEC managing director Bryan Fagan said he was pleased to have both men at the mechanical and hydraulic engineering specialist.
