John Langlands, chief executive of British Polythene Industries (BPI), has sold 35,000 shares at a price of 615p, raising £215,250.
The shares, registered to Mrs Margaret Langlands, were part of the executive's holding which stood at 212,282 shares at the end of 2013. Mr Langlands also has entitlement to a further 427,242 shares linked to personal and company performance targets.
