MACFARLANE Group has moved to beef up its board with the appointment of two new non-executive directors.
Forth Ports finance director Stuart Paterson, who has also been chief financial officer at Johnston Press, takes up his position next January.
Mike Arrowsmith, ex- chief executive of packaging business Linpac Group, starts immediately.
Chairman Graeme Bissett said he was delighted with the appointments.
