Ms Hunt, who took up the role last month, has been granted 36,337 shares valued at £424,634 to be released to her in March 2014 and March 2015, to compensate for awards given up at Standard Life. Prudential has also made conditional awards under the long-term incentive plan to replace similar awards Ms Hunt forfeited on.
She will receive 106,805 shares by 31 March, 2014, and another 95,585 by 29 March, 2015, providing performance criteria are met. The awards have a total booked value of £2,246,529. A further 118,040 shares will vest in October 2016 subject to performance, valued at £1,405,856.
