SEVEN partners from troubled law firm Semple Fraser are joining Maclay Murray & Spens (MMS).
Semple Fraser announced its intention to go into administration earlier this week and appointed RSM Tenon.
Now Bill Fowler, head of the corporate and renewable energy group at Semple Fraser, will be based in the MMS Edinburgh office with six real estate partners going to the Glasgow site.
