Wolfson Micro boss picks up £228,000 of shares

THE chief commercial officer at Wolfson Microlectronics received more than £228,000 of shares under a long-term incentive programme.

Andrew Brannan was initially granted the award in 2009, and this week got 103,669 shares, which was 50% of the total available as performance conditions were not fully satisfied.

Mr Brannan then sold 67,000 shares, worth £147,400, to satisfy the tax liabilities on the award.
