l If you change your mind about an order, you can contact the retailer to cancel any time up to seven working days after receiving the goods.

l Exceptions to this rule include CDs, DVDs or software if you have broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items such as food and flowers, or tailor-made or personalised goods.

l Any item you order must be "fit for purpose", as described and of satisfactory quality.

l If you are returning an item for one of these reasons, the retailer must collect it or refund your postage.
