La Morm is a seamstress in Cambodia, one of the developing world micro-entrepreneurs supported by a loan from Lendwithcare.org.

The money has enabled her to buy sewing machines so she can train other women in her community. Her trainees make clothes to order for customers, and after their training they get to keep their sewing machine, and they repay La Morm who replaces the machines and takes on more students. In total she makes about $75 per month. She says: "I'm happier than before because there are many people coming here to train and so now I have women I can talk to." La Morm has three children and she is able to send them to school. Her youngest daughter dreams of becoming a seamstress like her mother.
