Melrose Industries has sold a waste management and recycling business for an undisclosed sum.
Wiltshire based Harris Waste Management, which has been snapped up by US company Avis Industrial Corporation, was said to have annual turnover of around £30 million and operating profits of £900,000 in 2013.
