AGGREKO has set up a new depot in Thailand as part of an expansion push in south-east Asia.
The facility at Songkhla means the region will no longer be serviced from Singapore. Debajit Das, regional director of Asia Pacific for the temporary power supplier, said: "We are excited by the prospect of increasing our business activity in Thailand, whose vibrant economy and proliferation of relevant industries makes it an obvious location for a second regional depot."
Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos will also be serviced from Thailand.
