VODAFONE has agreed to buy Cobra, an Italian provider of digital vehicle tracking and other services to the insurance industry for £115 million.
Cobra has operations in Brazil, France and Germany and Vodafone said it plans to invest in the business to boost its wireless communications services to the automotive industry.
