THE Entrepreneurial Spark business accelerator programme has taken 165 new start-ups into its premises in Ayrshire, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The average age of those leading the companies is said to be 31.
The businesses operate in the food and drink, services, technology and manufacturing sectors.
