Aggreko's interim chief executive Angus Cockburn has confirmed he is to join his old boss Rupert Soames at Serco.
Mr Cockburn will take on the role of group chief financial officer at the outsourcing firm.
Mr Soames, who joined Serco in May, worked together for 11 years with Mr Cockburn at Aggreko.
