Vert Rotors, the air compressor manufacturer, is hoping to open up in new markets with the launch of a large-scale industrial version of its flagship product.
The Edinburgh firm has partnered with Blackburn-based Training 2000’s advanced manufacturing and automation centre to manufacture a new compressor 10-times the size of its patented small low-vibration compressors.
The VERT.500 claims to eliminate issues with noise levels and energy efficiency which face standard oil-free compressors, allowing Vert to target hospitals and other industries reliant on clean air.
