THE finalists of the seventh s1jobs Recruitment Awards, in association with Search, have been announced, with judges describing the quality of entrants as “outstanding”.
The awards are sponsored by Gillespie People Solutions, Whitecube Consulting, Firefish Software, Anderson Knight, Connect Appointments, Badenoch & Clark, Peter Vardy, Reed, Be-IT, Bullhorn and Career Ready.
The judging panel, chaired by Gavin Mochan, commercial director at s1, said they were overwhelmed with the number of applications across 17 categories.
The Best Large Recruitment Agency will be won by either Adecco or Reed, while the Best Medium Recruitment Agency shortlist features Anderson Knight, Be-IT, Connect Appointments, Contract Scotland, Nine Twenty, Pertemps and Stafffinders. Other categories include Recruitment Consultant of the Year, Best Recruitment Campaign and a number of awards for individuals.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, April 19 at The Crowne Plaza in Glasgow, hosted by comedian, Russell Kane.
Search Consultancy is the title partner for the 2018 event. Debbie Caswell, chief operating officer, at the company, said: “Congratulations to all of the s1jobs.com Recruitment Awards finalists! Badenoch & Clark is sponsoring the Best Charity Employer category. Connect Appointments is supporting The Best Employer Brand category, an award that enables businesses to stand out from the crowd.
