STEVENSWOOD, the Livingston-based trade supplier of windows and doors, has acquired English peer Sameday.
With Sameday operating seven counters in the west of England, Stevenswood said the two firms complement each other geographically. Stevenswood, part of Cairngorm Capital Partners, said the deal is in line with its strategy of developing a national network of trade counters.
The combined group, which will be based in Livingston, will have 37 branches, generating revenue of more than £45 million and employing around 180. Cairngorm’s Alex Bayliss said the aim is for Stevenswood to become the UK’s “leading distributor of windows and doors to the trade”,
