GLENEAGLES Hotel has revealed an operating profit of £3.9 million in the six months to December 31, on revenue of £28.1m. This compares with a £4.2m operating profit in the 13 months to June 2016.

In accounts published with Companies House, the hotels directors said the luxury Perthshire hotel’s multi-million pound upgrade programme was continuing.

Directors wrote that the performance in the period was “strong, with turnover increasing on the comparative period following the re-styling and refurbishment of 31 bedrooms and suites and the opening of our new century bar”.
