WALLACE Equity, the investment network headed by Gordon Bell, has unveiled details of its inaugural deal.

The Stirling-based firm has completed a £115,000 investment in Triyit, a Glasgow test marketing specialist. Triyit, founded by Alex Barron, allows companies to gain feedback about a product from its target market before it is launched. Nearly 30 investors, including Apollo Investments and Angel Den, took part in the round.

The investment will allow the firm to expand its team and speed up the development of its web platform before a full launch later this year. Mr Barron said: “This investment will give us the opportunity to take Triyit to new heights”.
