GRAHAM Hutcheon, of whisky giant Edrington, has been named the new chairman of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) in Scotland.
Mr Hutcheon, managing director of group operations at the distiller, has replaced Alison McGregor, chief executive of HSBC in Scotland, who has held the post since January 2015.
Debbie Crosbie, chief operating officer at Clydesdale Bank owner CYBG, is now the vice-chairwoman of CBI Scotland Council. Ms Crosbie is a new member of the council.
