IAN McHoul, former chief financial officer of Amec Foster Wheeler, has stepped down as a non-executive director of Aberdeen oil services company Wood Group with immediate effect to “pursue other board opportunities”.
Wood chairman Ian Marchant said: “Ian has been a great help. We are grateful he stayed on to provide some continuity over the acquisition of Amec Foster Wheeler.”
