No value in win, win contracts

David Cameron has called on firms dependent on taxpayers' money to exercise "restraint" at a time of austerity.

In the face of what amounted to a witch hunt, Stephen Hester of RBS did just that in waiving his bonus. Not so Emma Harrison, the woman appointed as the Prime Minister's workless families tsar. The Prime Minister hailed as an inspiration this lady, who has built her fortune on the back of a number of Government welfare to work contracts.
