In a world which sometimes seems intractable and uncompromising to young eyes it's heartening to learn that something as simple as a sheet of Basildon Bond, an envelope and a stamp can still detonate a bomb among the grown-ups.
Or if not a bomb, then certainly a name change in the baked goods department.
A little miffed that her local supermarket was selling something called tiger bread when the patterned crust reminded her of a different quadruped entirely, three-and-a-half-year-old Lily Robinson put pen to paper and wrote a letter of complaint. "Why is tiger bread called tiger bread?" she wrote. "It should be called giraffe bread."
