Camley into a winning position

THE catchphrase "calm down, dear" was attributed to the former film director and latterly TV personality Michael Winner, pictured, who died recently (Herald obituary, January 22).

The Herald also has an obvious winner illustrating newsworthy comment on matters national and international.

In simple sketch form often bereft of written comment, Steven Camley can convey an incisive view on many varied topics. As in the case of Michael Winner, Steven surely earned his own pseudonym of "Camley done", consequent upon his many excellent contributions to The Herald's pages over recent years.
